Open Postdoctoral research fellow position in ncRNA in CVD at University of Edinburgh

A postdoctoral position is available until February 2020 for a highly motivated scientist study the role of non-coding RNA in cardiovascular disease at the University of Edinburgh. The focus of the position will be on the importance of miR143HG long non-coding RNA in vascular pathophysiology, with an emphasis on pulmonary hypertension. This will involve analysis of both microRNA and long non-coding RNA in vitro, in vivo and in human biological samples and is in collaboration with Professor Nick Morrell, Cambridge.
